General
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you found a problem with your order, see the "Damaged items and exceptions" section.

Damaged items and exceptions
Once you receive your order, make sure it arrived in good conditions. Did you notice any damage or defect? Or did you receive the wrong item? Contact us immediately. We will surely help you find the best solution. You will have 7 days after receiving your order to issue a return request.
Once your return will be approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The items must be returned in the same condition that you received them and in their original packaging.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products and personalized items. Please, get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale products, B-grade items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund was approved, the amount will be automatically sent to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
